With an extensive background in physiotherapy, corrective exercise and nutrition Steve specializes in helping clients get healthy, move better and overcome pain so they can get the most out of their exercise programs (and more importantly life!)

Steve’s understanding of how the human body works and what it needs to look, feel and function at it’s best is passed down throughout the team and in collaboration with the other senior trainers has created the proven system of training methods that guarantee our clients results.

Steve takes a less hands on role in training clients, focussing more on the continuing development of the services and expertise we offer.  However he does make time to see clients that have tried numerous methods and are still in pain or struggling with their health.

As co-owner of Cre8 Dan injects the passion and enthusiasm into Cre8, offering a dynamic and extremely motivational approach. For Dan being a Personal Trainer is not only a career choice but also an integral part of his identity. He has travelled to a number of seminars hosted by Charles Poliquin in various locations such as, America, London, Ireland and Barcelona in order to become further qualified, enabling him to offer the best in Elite Training resulting in outstanding achievements in both fitness and health levels for each client he has trained.

Dan is constantly updating his knowledge base, as he knows that each client deserves the best because, when it comes to something as important as a persons’ quality of life, personal health and fitness levels are of paramount importance.

Strength and Conditioning Coach / Lead Trainer

As a player and fitness coach for National League rugby team the Birmingham and Solihull Bee’s Darren provides a bit of muscle to the Cre8 team.  But he is equally adept at training upcoming football and rugby players to get stronger and faster as he is helping non athletes lose weight and achieve their fitness goals.

Darren’s knowledge of health, fitness and nutrition make him the perfect candidate for our lead coach and he plays an integral role in designing the training programs we provide and developing all of our team to provide the highest standards we expect at Cre8!

I have been training at Cre8 for 3 summers down to improve my strength, speed and power and every year I have returned to pre-season training having made significant improvements.  Darren has provided me with programs that have seen me improve my speed so much that I have gone from being in the lower half of the team in short sprints to one of the fastest.  My power has improved to the level that I can outjump opponents significantly taller than me, important for a centre-half!

I always return to pre-season training feeling like I have a significant advantage thanks to the conditioning I have received with Darren.

Adam’s career in the health and fitness industry has seen him study some of the most valued methods of strength training, fat loss and rehabilitation. He has also studied intensively in kettlebell training for strength and conditioning. Adams climb up the industry ladder led to him becoming a ‘trainer of trainers’ as a nationwide master trainer of kettlebell training and also overseeing the training and development of other personal trainers at a major health and fitness chain.

Recently he has focused his studies on learning the art and science for creating a lean and athletic body. He has spent the last 10 years learning from the best in this field including Charles Poliquin, Paul Chek and Pavel Tsatsouline. He combines the knowledge gained from these mentors in the fields of strength training, nutrition and kettlebell conditioning to help clients get in shape quickly.

Junaid applies the tools he learned while gaining a Masters in Strength and Conditioning, to help his clients get stronger, fitter and lose weight.  With a background in sports coaching he is passionate about developing athletic ability, but equally adept at coaching clients to lose weight or build muscle.

Bio

Richard started work in the fitness industry 15-years ago. His training with the National Academy of Sports Medicine led him to specialize in corrective exercise to help clients improve their posture, reduce pain and prevent or recover from injury. During this time he also became a lead coach at a major health and fitness chain, responsible for overseeing the training and development of other personal trainers and fitness professionals. This responsibility required him to stay at the cutting edge of the industry and led him to study under Charles Poliquin- one of the world’s leading authorities on sports performance and nutrition.

Richard used the tools picked up during his training to specialize in fat loss, strength and conditioning and sports performance.

“After gaining weight over the past few years I reached an all time high and in an attempt to get healthier I cut down on my meals and my weight began to shift. Unfortunately, even though my weight was reducing my body fat wasn’t reducing at the same pace.
